ClearanceDeal is a deal aggregation platform that uses automated systems to find and display price glitches, clearance deals, and deep discounts from major US retailers including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, eBay, and others. We aggregate publicly available pricing information and present it in a convenient format. ClearanceDeal does not sell products directly. When you click on a deal, you are redirected to the retailer's website where you can complete your purchase.

3. User Accounts

You may create a free account on ClearanceDeal. When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Affiliate Links and Pricing

ClearanceDeal contains affiliate links to third-party retailer websites. When you click on these links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Please be aware of the following:

  • Pricing Accuracy: We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing information, but prices are set by retailers and may change at any time without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pricing information.
  • Availability: Deals and products may become unavailable, go out of stock, or have their prices corrected by retailers at any time.
  • Price Glitches: Some deals we list may be pricing errors by retailers. Retailers reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

Product images and descriptions displayed on our site are the property of their respective retailers and are used for informational purposes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLEARANCEDEAL AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). CLEARANCEDEAL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN YOU AND THIRD-PARTY RETAILERS, INCLUDING PRICING ERRORS, ORDER CANCELLATIONS, OR PRODUCT QUALITY.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEAL INFORMATION WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClearanceDeal and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware.
